These women (Peggy and Annie MacLeod + a third woman also named Peggy MacLeod) were the last to live in the Geàrrannan Blackhouse Village, Lewis Scotland. This research/work is based on their resilience and strength, like that of mature trees which have stood strong over time and which silently communicate with each other via their roots. First durational performance and provocation to learn from trees - Solway Creative Space (edited video to come).  Second iteration Glasgow Queen’s Park.
